Questions before you start
Do I pay anything during the trial?
No. You don't add a card to start, so nothing is charged. During the trial Corresso writes up to 100 drafts a day; a subscription includes 3,000 a month. When the 14 days are up, subscribe to keep going at $150 a month. If you don't, the inbox locks, and your mail keeps arriving safely until you do.
Does my mail move to Corresso?
No. Your mail stays with your provider. You add one forwarding rule, and Corresso gets a copy of each new email. Replies go out through your own provider, from your own address.
What happens as we get near 3,000 drafts in a month?
At 2,400, new mail stops getting a draft by itself, so the last 600 are kept for drafts someone asks for in a conversation. At 3,000, new drafts pause until the 1st. Mail keeps arriving and is kept the whole time, and your team can still write and send replies themselves. Replies you write yourself never count.
Can Corresso send a reply on its own?
No. Nothing is sent on a timer, by a rule or in bulk. A reply leaves only when someone on your team presses Send.
Where do the drafts get their facts?
From documents you approve: your returns policy, shipping page, FAQ and anything you write yourself. Corresso can read your website to get you started, but nothing is used until someone approves it.
Which email providers does it work with?
Anything that can forward mail, including Gmail, Google Workspace and Microsoft 365. To send, you connect your provider's outgoing mail server once, with an app password. On Microsoft 365 your admin may need to allow forwarding and authenticated SMTP first.
